Midland School District is currently searching for an Instructional Assistant/Paraprofessional to join our team.  The primary purpose of this position is to help improve achievement and behavior of students of various ages and ability levels.  An instructional assistant/paraprofessional must be willing to work collaboratively with all individuals within the organization to ensure the needs of the students are being met.  

Qualifications for the position include the following:

  - Associates Degree OR 60 hours from an accredited college or university OR a passing score on the ETS Paraprofessional Assessment.

 - Ability to promote and maintain positive relationships with students and coworkers

 - Proficient with technology

 - Maintain confidential information of students and staff

 - Willing to work collaboratively with others

The ideal candidate will be punctual with excellent attendance and work ethic.
